The pain when I read and see in every line
A lump in the throat sans the love wine
Love is a feeling we endlessly crave
Whet that appetite till the grave…
I read somewhere that life is ‘Divine Chaos’
So pep it up with some pepper and sauce
The ‘Tired Minds’ await some joyful soul
So mould the mind into wannabe whole.
Forget the spite, feel the hug and hold it tight
See thy sorrows banished, with the day so bright
Those moments of hesitation – just quell them
And those fleeting invitations – just accept them
You can thank the Lord tonight, for a little more
For keeping the joys of friendship for you in store
Only if he knew you shall still hang in there…
That lump in your throat could clear out dear
If you can do, you must, and the love will bind you
You are born but once, O! Friend! Let me remind you
Every kiss you miss, every tear you shed, gives a call!!
“I can return my friend”, if you choose to have a ball!!
The Sun rose today again, dispelling the darkness stark
‘Coz the stars chose to truly, ignite the bright day’s spark
Hold on to your relationships, you promised to cherish
Learn to value a kiss and hug, lest The TIME may perish.
